📅 Booking & Reservations
Browse our fleet, pick your jetski, choose a package and date, then complete checkout with your card. You'll get a confirmation email once payment goes through — that's it, you're booked.
Same-day bookings are subject to availability. Check the calendar on the booking page — if a slot shows as available, you can grab it. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time.
Our booking window is set by the operator — typically up to 60 days in advance. Dates beyond that window will appear unavailable; check back as the date approaches.
No account needed. Just your name, email, and payment info. Your confirmation is sent straight to your inbox.
💳 Payment & Cancellations
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
48+ hours before your rental: full refund.
24–48 hours before: 50% refund or free rescheduling (subject to availability).
Less than 24 hours: no refund. Rescheduling at our discretion.

To cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly.
Full payment is collected at the time of booking. No separate deposit. If you cancel within the eligible window (48+ hours out), your refund is processed through Stripe within 5–10 business days.
If we cancel your booking for any reason — bad weather, equipment issue, anything on our end — you get a 100% refund, no questions asked. We'll contact you as early as possible.
🌊 On the Day
Your confirmation email, a valid government-issued ID, and something you're comfortable getting wet in. We provide life jackets. Sunscreen, sunglasses with a strap, and water shoes are recommended but not required.
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. You'll complete your safety briefing and sign the waiver then. Late arrivals may result in a shortened rental with no compensation.
No experience needed. Every rental starts with a safety and operational briefing. Our staff won't let you leave the dock until you're comfortable on the machine.
Operators must be 18+ with a valid ID. Passengers under 18 are allowed with a parent or legal guardian present who accepts full liability. Children under 6 are not permitted on the watercraft.
Light rain doesn't stop us — you're getting wet anyway. We only cancel due to severe weather, strong winds, lightning, or conditions that make the water unsafe. We'll reach out by email if a cancellation is necessary.
⛑ Safety & Liability
Yes. Every rider signs a liability waiver acknowledging the inherent risks of personal watercraft operation. You acknowledge this at booking and you'll sign the physical waiver when you arrive. No waiver = no ride.
Renters are responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse. Normal wear and mechanical failures are on us. Our staff will inspect the equipment with you before and after each rental. We recommend documenting any pre-existing damage at the start.
Yes. Coast Guard-approved personal flotation devices are provided for every rider and are mandatory. No exceptions.
